Ingredients
4-5 cloves garlic
300 g smoked meat, bacon
250 ml cream
250 ml milk
150 g processed cheese
150 g cheese
330 g spaghetti (2 / 3 pack)

Method
In a deep pot Fry a little garlic (slightly to not burn). In the same fat, after having removed the garlic fried smoked meat (maybe skinless sausages, but with smoked meat becomes very fragrant). Scoot him, then in the same oil add 250 ml cream and cooking as milk. Once boiling add about 150 g of cheese and equally processed cheese (maybe smoked, but melted quickly melts). Leave to simmer gently on the stove for about 5 minutes and the sauce is ready. Serve with cooked and drained spaghetti. * If you see too thick, you can always add extra milk.

melted cheese how much in grams?
And I suppose there are spaghetti recipe :) How many grams is appropriate sauce?
I brew 2/3 package of spaghetti, depending on how you put sauce and melted cheese :) 200 grams, but 150 or 250 is no problem :)
