Spicy roll with fish

Ingredients
125 g butter
200 g smoked fish
2 yolks of hard-boiled eggs
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
1 sprig of rosemary or parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The butter stir foam and add the egg yolks and fish, mashed with a fork. Season with very finely chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour into the foil, is formed with a roll diameter of about 3 cm. Wind up and put in refrigerator to set. Serve cut into slices.
