Ingredients
700-800 g veal
200 g salo
2 ready omelet
2 onion
salt
spices of your choice
1-2 cloves garlic
200 g mayonnaise

Method
Meat cut into thin slices. Salo, garlic and an onion is chopped by a meat grinder. Season with salt and spices to taste. Each piece of meat is coated with ground salo with spices. Omelets into triangles (the number is based pieces of meat) and each piece of meat is placed on a triangular piece of omelet. Turns to roll and pinned with a toothpick. Finished rolls are fried lightly in sunflower oil. The bottom of the pan put the other onion cut into crescent rolls on which is placed the rest of salo and smeared with a little mayonnaise. Add 1/2 - 1 cup hot water and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180C.
