Spicy schnitzel from minced meat fish

Ingredients
600 g cleaned fish or fish fillets
60 g butter
4 fillets of anchovies
1 pickle
3-4 potatoes
1 thick slice of dry bread without crust
3 eggs
1 / 4 cups white wine
pepper
nutmeg
salt
parsley
flour
breadcrumbs
frying oil
lemon
Method
The fish is cut into pieces and impregnated with wine and squeezed bread and boiled potatoes is ground and mixed with half of the butter, slightly melted, crushed or finely chopped anchovy fillets, finely chopped pickled cucumber, 1 egg, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, parsley and salt to taste. The mixture was kneaded to a smooth dough and allowed to sit for 20 minutes. Are formed oblong cutlets that are pressed into a flour and allowed to age for 5-6 minutes and then dipped in beaten egg and again in crumbs eggs. Fry until svetlozlatisto coloring in very hot vegetable oil. On schnitzel, while still warm, put a piece of butter and separated by a slice of lemon, stripped of its sheet.
