Spinach baked with green onions

Ingredients
800 g - 1 kg spinach
150 g green onions
sunflower oil
80 g feta cheese
50 g flour
3 eggs
300 ml fresh milk
fresh mint
pepper
salt
Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed thoroughly with water and cut into in small pieces. Fry in sunflower oil until soft. Add chopped onion and mint, also chopped, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and flour and fry again. Add crumbled feta cheese, pour into a baking dish and pour the eggs beaten with milk. Bake until browned. Serve warm.
