Spring roast chicken in a pot

Ingredients
1 chicken
3 bunches of spring onions
1 kg baby potatoes
30 g butter
1 tbsp garam masala or chicken seasoning or a mixture of cumin, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg

Method
Chop into small pieces and put in the bottom of a clay casseroles. Top put chicken. Fresh potatoes are arranged around the chicken. The butter is distributed in small lumps on the chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and garam masala. Pour 1-2 cups water. Replace the lid and bake in moderate oven about 1 hour.
