Ingredients
veal chop 450 g
1 cup (200 ml) tomato juice
330 ml Coca-Cola
1 onion
1 green Kamba
salt
pepper
flour
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
Method
Onions and peppers cut into rings. In a pan put in the following order fat chops, onion, pepper, tomato sauce and Coca-Cola. Quickly replace the lid and cook on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
