Steamed fish with apples

Ingredients
1 kg fillet of zander
2 onions
5-6 apples
1 lemon
300 ml white wine
sunflower oil
salt, pepper
dill
Method
Cut the fish fillet portions , dry them, Salt them and spray them with lemon juice. Onion and peeled apples cut into small pieces, fry them in the oil, pour the wine and let it stand a little. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan or earthenware casseroles, sprinkle it with pepper, salt and grated lemon peel. Arrange the fish on top portions. Cover with lid or aluminum foil and put it in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Arrange cooked fish in a dish, pour it with the mixture, which was choking her decorate with dill.
