Steamed mackerel Student

Ingredients
2 fish mackerel
1/3 cup water, vinegar and sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
a few peppercorns and allspice
Method
Salt fish is cut into pieces. The bottom of the pot put the spices are ordered fish and pour the water, vinegar and the oil. Boil with the lid 7 to 10 minutes.

Bravo for the recipe!I had forgotten the amount of liquid seasonings!I put i2br roasted red peppers 3-4 pc pickles small box of peas and a tablespoon of tomato paste!This makes ready meal !!!
