Stew and meatballs leek

500 g minced meat
1 stalk leek
1 large carrot
2/3 cup Rice
2 tomatoes
pepper 1
2 tbsp paprika
1 stalk celery
pinch savory
1-2 tbsp veggie
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

One cup of rice is boiled until almost and is kneaded with minced meat little savory and pepper, to form round meatballs. Leeks, carrots and peppers are finely chopped and sauté with the oil and a little water until soft. Add grated tomatoes, a cup of rice and other spices. Make water, add salt and put meatballs. The dish is boiled approximately 20-30 minutes. Optional can be thickened with a little water mixed into flour. When serving to portion may add 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes

October Maggie, but how meatballs are prepared only saw knead and their preparation does not write?

taken from the mixture for meatballs, roll them with two hands / if you can roll them in flour / and put them to boil ...
