1 kg chicken gizzards
1-1.5 kg onion
2-3 peppers (you can canned)
200 g mushrooms canned
100 ml sunflower oil
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp red pepper
salt, pepper

Thaw gizzards are cleaned, cut into 2-3 pieces (do not use) and boil in salted water with vinegar. Drained, giving 200 ml broth. In a saucepan heat the oil and place cut in crescents and salted onion. Stews while release juice. Cut peppers into strips and drained gizzards are added to the pan with the onions and stir evenly. recipe is interesting, I worked on it last night for dinner and liked, although in us obtain more like gizzards with tomato sauce and mushrooms, not stew because I put a little more broth and less onion (home did not like a lot of food), but it was delicious!
