Stew potatoes with chicken

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g chicken
2 onions
1 carrot
1 red pepper
200 g tomatoes diced canned
sunflower oil
3 tsp red pepper
salt
2 tsp vegeta
fresh parsley

Method
Potatoes cut into cubes, cut carrot (personally I cut into small pieces), put it in the tray and add vegetata. Apart do the following - chopped onion, pepper and fry until soft and golden. Once the onion is ready, pulls from the heat and add the paprika, stir and add the tomatoes and 2-3 tbsp water. Returns on the stove, add 2 tsp salt and fry until thick tomato paste. This is added in the tray with the potatoes and stirred. Pour water enough to cover the potatoes. Add chicken smeared as good with the resulting sauce in the pan. Bake at 250C for about 45 minutes (until cooked potatoes) during baking potatoes not confused. 2-3 times watering meat sauce, to make it juicy. If the water boil dry and the potatoes are not cooked make. Finally chopped parsley and sprinkle on top.
