Stewed fillet of shark

1.5 kg fillets of dogfish
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 lemons
1/2 head garlic
1 tbsp oregano
salt, pepper

Fillet cut into slices with a thickness of 1 cm. Wash and season with salt and pepper. Pour plenty of lemon juice. Leave to stand for about an hour. In a large saucepan pour the fish with spices and sauce has placed. Add the oil, oregano and peeled and chopped garlic. If necessary, add a little water to cover. Stew on low heat until the fat remains.
