Ingredients
4 chops
80 g fat
1 onion
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
150 g mushrooms
flour
pepper
salt
pepper
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
meat broth
Method
Meat slightly hammered, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Add some flour and fry on both sides in hot oil over high heat. Remove from the pan. In the remaining oil fry chopped onion. Removed from the fire, mix with 1-2 pinches of red pepper, tomato paste, add the wine and boil for several minutes. The meat is placed in a pot, pour the sauce over it and add more as meat broth (or water) that barely covered. Put it on the stove, and when soft, add sliced ​​and fried in fat mushrooms.
