It looks very tasty and appetizing, but I did not understand why courgettes and peppers baked before filling, do you extend much the cooking process?

courgettes and peppers baked in advance, for two reasons: - When only roast peppers for stuffing mixture is preformed so that the poured water into the baking pan cover the peppers. But in this case the mixture is not preformed and prepared and baked peppers less with less water.
- Sheet of the boats is about 5-8 mm and need more baking, moreover, at a pre-baking zucchini soften and shrink as a result of which there is more space in the baking pan filling - so in the recipe I wrote that the boats being decorated to Zucchini bake overlapping.
While courgettes and peppers bake prepare the mixture for filling and so are not lengthen the process.

From comment ma_rri_na admit nothing rabrah. But the recipe is easy and I like it. Will surely get a tasty dish. I think to try without browning of vegetables.

rate could be to say that this recipe is a nice
