Stuffed zucchini with couscous and minced meat

3 small zucchini
200 g minced meat
150 g couscous
1 onion
1 carrot
salt, savory, fresh dill, sunflower oil
2 eggs
300 g yogurt

Minced meat stew with chopped onion and carrot for 15 minutes, and after cooling slightly added cooked couscous and spices. Courgettes are cut across the first two, then lengthwise and carve - receive boats. Arranged on a tray around them pour a glass of water and baked briefly (to soften slightly). Then fill with stuffing, make up more water if needed and bake in a moderate oven until ready. On each boat Pour 2 tbsp mixed 1 egg 1/3 cup yogurt, sprinkle with sunflower oil and baked until they turn brownish tan. For the sauce: in a bowl is removed from the broth in the pan, thicken with the other egg and remaining milk. Returns to the tray and thoroughly stirred to be mixed with the remaining broth.

Olee, very tasty look. I like cous-Kusa in place of rice clever idea, only photos I gathered saliva. I hope soon to be able try pelvis recipe.

The day I made rice and would be very annoying again to cook with it, so I substituted it with couscous :)
