Sturgeon in Hungarian

Ingredients
400 g of sturgeon meat
200 g sour cream
1 yolk
lemon juice
paprika
broth of fish heads, tails and fins and vegetable roots
salt
Method
Sturgeon is divided into portions . Cleaned portions sturgeon add salt, sprinkle paprika, place in a saucepan, pour a little water and stew under lid until soft. Finished portions are arranged in a warmed platter. In broth pour cream, whipped with egg yolk, salt and lemon juice, vazvaryava is, stirring constantly, and pour the fish.
