Ingredients
150 g cabbage
50 g carrots
200 g chicken fillet
# For the sauce:
50 g cottage cheese or cream cheese
50 g mayonnaise
20 g green onions
2-3 mint leaves
20 ml lemon juice

Method
Cabbage is cut and slightly creased. Add the grated carrot and pre-grilled fillets, cut into julienne, sauce mix and watered the whole salad. On top sprinkle with lemon juice and 2-3 mint leaves.
