Sweet banitsa

Ingredients
3 eggs
200 g yogurt
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1 packet of baking powder
vanilla powder 2
2 package filo pastry sheets
125 g butter
# For the syrup:
600 g sugar
900 ml water
2 vanilla powder

Method
All products (without the butter ) is broken down very well with mixer. Take a tray (with a diameter of about 35 cm). Pan banitsa lining in the tray so: a filo pastry sheet is coated with two tablespoons of the mixture and do so until the peel - the top layer does not smear. The butter melts and it pour cut banitsa. The banitsa bake in the cold oven at about 180-200 degrees tray is placed at the bottom of the oven until blush ends of the banitsa, then placed on a higher BBQ. After firing more hot banitsa pour the cold syrup. The syrup is removed from the heat at the time in which the sugar is dissolved in it, i.e. need not become thick.
