Ingredients
300 g feta cheese breaded
3 tbsp caster sugar
3 tbsp rosewater
1 handful of candied rose petals
Method
Fried mixed with rose water and sugar and mix well. Of rose petals left as decoration, as blobs will be made. Others mixed with batter. Formed into balls. On each put a rose petal.
