Ingredients
# For the crust:
1 cup white flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
50 g butter
60 ml milk
# For the filling:
300 g pumpkin
300 g figs - fresh or sweet
1 tbsp grated zest orange
1 tbsp orange juice
100 g hazelnuts
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
Method
In a bowl mix the two types of flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Insert the butter and ground into crumbs with flour mixture.
