Method
Feeler Boil in salted water 1 hour . Drain cooked tentacles and chop them. In a pan add olive oil and heat them barb fry for 5 minutes, add the chopped garlic, stir and pour wine. Dot and leave on low heat for 15 minutes, add the tomato paste and let it cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Add pepper and parsley, stir and turn off the heat.
