Tomato soup with a bouquet of spices

Ingredients
800 g of peeled and chopped canned tomatoes
150-200 g cauliflower (maybe frozen)
2 green onions
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
1 pinch: basil, oregano, marjoram, Winter savory, samardala, salt, pepper
a few sprigs of fresh parsley
1 tsp sugar
1 bay leaf
2-3 grains allspice

Method
Green onions and garlic are finely chopped and fry for about a minute in the heated olive oil, add successively paprika, flour and chopped diced tomatoes. Stir vigorously and add about a liter and a half of water. Once boiled, put all the spices and sugar. Add cauliflower, boil on low heat to full readiness, finally sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with sour cream 1 tbsp.
