Tomato soup with eggs and semolina

Ingredients
3 tomatoes (or 300 g canned)
1 onion
1 small carrot
3 hard boiled eggs
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbspsemolina
salt, a pinch of savory
stalk celery, chopped very finely

Method
Grated onion and carrot sauté in the oil, add grated tomatoes and spices. Make up 2-3 cups water and simmer 10 minutes. Then add the semolina. Leave for about 5 minutes on the stove, stirring occasionally. After removing from heat, add the diced eggs. Optional can be sprinkled with fresh parsley.
