Tomatoes stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
8 hard tomatoes
50 g butter
2 onions
150-200 g sheep cheese
1 egg
parsley
3 tbsp sour cream
pepper
salt
Method
Cut caps of washed tomatoes, carving is the core and turn to drain. Hollowed core and the covers are placed in finely chopped and fried onion in half butter and stew, then the mixture is pressed. The feta cheese is crushed with a fork, add the beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and tomato filling. Was placed on top slice butter, bay with pressed tomatoes and bake in moderate oven (tomatoes should not crack). At the end is mixed with cream sauce and finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
