Veal cutlets in Bologna

Ingredients
4 veal cutlets
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
40 g butter
100 g ham
50 g feta cheese "parmesan"
salt
Method
Veal cutlets cut into 3 areas on the periphery, dip in beaten eggs, rolled in breadcrumbs and immediately placed in a large pan with heated butter and sunflower oil. Fry on both sides on medium heat for 6-7 minutes, removed, allowed to drain, add salt is on them to put the pieces of ham with dimensions equal to those of chops, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and bake Grill until sreneto melt.
