Ingredients
1 beef heart
sunflower oil for frying
the juice of 1 lemon
salt, pepper
flour for rolling

Method
Cut the heart into thin slices. Put them in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper. So let seasoned heart in the fridge 1 hour to 1 day. Roll in flour and fry them. So you can prepare and liver.
