Veal with quince

Ingredients
1 kg veal
700 g quinces
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tbsp flour
125 g butter
2 onion
1/2 tsp cinnamon
salt
Method
Cut washed by moss quinces 3-4 slices each, without peeling. Cleaned of seeds, rolled in flour and fry in melted butter, being careful not tarnish. Remove fat from quince. In the same oil fry the peeled and grated onion and diced, cleaned, washed and dried meat. Pour 1 cup hot water, add salt and stew until the meat is tender. Top rank fried dish quinces and let simmer on low heat. Finally, add 1-2 tbsp toasted flour, sugar and cinnamon.
