Ingredients
          1 kg beef fillet
          50 g of dried mushrooms
          150 g smoked bacon
          1 cup beer
          1 head celery with leaves
          7-8 cloves garlic
          carrot 1
          black and red pepper, salt
          100 g sour cream
          50 g butter

          Method
              The meat is shpikova with cloves garlic, carrot and a few pieces of bacon. Salt and taste with pepper and paprika. At the bottom of stew rank slices of bacon, they shall bear meat. Celery cut into slices and put around it. Add a few chopped sprigs of leaves. The meat is covered with the remaining bacon bits and butter. Pour beer and bake in low oven for several hours (at least 2-3). The mushrooms are soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and then zaprazhvat in butter. Season with salt and pepper and add the cream. Shortly before the dish is ready meat pour the sauce and leave in the oven for ten minutes.
