Vegan dolmaschki onion

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 onion
1-2 leeks onion
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup tomato juice
pepper
pepper
salt
mint

Method
Both types of onions are cut and smothered in 4-5 tbsp fat and less water. Then, the cleaned and washed rice. After stir well and add the tomato juice. Pour 1/2 cup water and stirred again, then add spices optional. Sauerkraut separate sheets, one sheet is divided into 2-3 parts - enough to collect 1 tsp of filling and turn of dolmaschka. Optional may be formed and larger. Ready dolmas cook over low heat until ready. Serve with yogurt.

Wonderful recipe, but I never put tomatoes or tomato puree in a dish that is cooked with sauerkraut :)

Peko them in a pot. I add one grated carrot. Classic favorite recipe.

When you put them in a pot, put something? Or just sarmi ..

It is good to cover the bottom of the dish with cabbage leaves and stuffed top to cover again with cabbage leaves! Merry Christmas! :)
