Vegetable soup with spices

1 onion
2 carrots
1 tomato
in 2-3 tbsp peas and corn
5 tbsp pasta snails
salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp thyme, 1 tbsp lovage
1-2 cubes vegetable broth
2-3 leaves fresh basil and chervil
sunflower oil for frying
# For soup thickenerta:
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp yogurt

Onions fry with 1 grated carrot . Add peeled and very finely chopped tomato and stir well. Sprinkle with paprika and add 3 liters of water with bouillon. Insert peas, corn, chopped carrot and all seasonings. Mix well and let simmer on low heat. Once the vegetables boil and add ohlyuvchetata. Soup boil for another 5-10 minutes on low heat, then remove from the heat. After being poizstinala make soup thickenerta the egg mix, add vinegar to it and yoghurt and again crashed. In court, which is soup thickenerta put one ladle of soup, stir well and then poured back into the soup. Soup mix well and serve hot.
