Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
20 walnuts
2 hard-boiled yolk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
sugar
salt
Method
Yolks are broken down with olive oil. The walnuts ground or smash in a mortar, add 1 tbsp boiled water. Yolks mixed with the walnuts, add salt, sugar, vinegar (if strong light can be diluted with water, according to taste) and breadcrumbs. With the sauce can overwhelm boiled or baked fish.
