Zucchini dish

Ingredients
2 kg zucchini
4 tbsp sunflower oil
400 ml fresh whole milk
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
parsley
buns serving
Method
Courgettes are cleaned and cut into cubes or large sawdust. Stew in the oil about half an hour while stirring with a wooden spoon break. Make a little water to prevent burning while you put your own sauce. Moves from heat and pour whole milk. Put red pepper and return to the heat. Once the boil remove from heat and add salt. Chopped parsley then dusted or presentation with rolls.
