Melted cheese

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
1 kg yoghurt
50 g butter
4-5 cloves garlic
Melted cheese

Method
Yogurt is strained through cheesecloth. In a small saucepan melt the butter and put the crumbled feta cheese. Stir constantly on low heat with a wooden spoon until smooth mass. Add yogurt and crushed garlic and served with toast.

This recipe know it from my grandmother. This is orginal variyant, maybe with strained yogurt, Milencha, I've done. :)

Yes, this is a recipe for puree. There are many ways to make it, but this is the original. Can be added, roasted pepper, chopped walnuts to sprinkle with dill who both loves. It is very tasty. Bravo!

I did it with ready strained yogurt with plenty of garlic, and added 2 roasted marinated peppers, very tasty camp. Excellent recipe!
