Ingredients
1 kg green beans
2 onions
1-2 carrots
3 tomatoes
1 slice celery
10 garlic cloves
3/4 cup (150 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
The beans are washed, cleaned and chopped. Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, chopped 5 crushed garlic and salt. Stew with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water and 1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil over low heat. When the vegetables soften, add the flour away with a little water, vinegar, 5 cloves of crushed garlic and chopped parsley. Top rank sliced tomatoes. The dish pour the remaining sunflower oil and allow to simmer. Serve cold.

Very tasty it can be without tomatoes and celery, it is good.
As fry the onions and carrots and cut ties choke parsley.
It is very tasty. I sometimes put kartofcheta.

To really plaque is very tasty to tell you that it is good if you replace parsley and dill
my home were soft and it grated and put on top. Still get a delicious meal.
