Pineapple cake

Ingredients
6 eggs
400-700 g of canned pineapple (1 can)
350 g sugar
400 g flour
150 g butter or margarine
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
200 g sugar for the caramel

Method
With 200 g of sugar and 100 ml water is made not very dark caramel. With the resulting caramel is smeared form that will bake the cake. Stacked washer and pineapple pieces. Mix the butter and sugar and add the eggs one by one and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the mixture into the mold and baked at a moderate temperature for about 1 hour. When the cake is ready, leave to cool and removed from the form.

Last night it prepared, the baking pan is half empty. I baked it in a rectangular cake form as a supplement next time I cut the two washers pineapple cubes and add them to the dough.
