Method
The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces and fry slightly in the fat prior to removal. In the same fat were added and sauté the onion, finely chopped, celery and tomatoes, cut into small cubes. Stir in the red pepper and pour 1/2 cup hot water. The sauce and add salt in it returns meat. The dish is left to simmer until tender meat. Then add the leeks, cut into pieces 3-4 cm in length, pre-toasted flour away with a little cold water, and chopped celery leaves. The dish is boiled for about 20 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with pepper and dilute citric acid.

Very tasty. Try!

Very tasty dish. I have not added citric acid - at least for me was enough light acid of the tomatoes.

Put everything in raw baking pan and bake in the oven, without adding flour until only fat.
