Method
Chicken legs boned . Carrots, leeks and prunes finely and fry in a little olive oil. Fill salted chicken legs, wrapped in a bag or aluminum baking foil and bake at 170 C. For garnish - wrapping 2 onions into a bag or aluminum baking foil with a little salt and olive oil and also bake. Carrots and potatoes are boiled with a little curry, salt and olive oil and puree. Served as a puree put on one roll with 1 roast lukche. puree may be only potato (depending on taste). Second option: In the vegetable-meat broth can be cooked packaged rolls and served with toppings.
