Ingredients
220 g white beans canned
220 g red beans canned
1 large carrot
1 green apple
1 green salad (lettuce)
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
salt, pepper
parsley

Method
Beans drained and pour in the salad. Grate carrot in large pieces grater and add. Apple and lettuce finely and add. Dressing mix and pour over salad. Stir and garnish with parsley.
