Baskets with egg white cream

Ingredients
# For the dough:
125 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 yolks
1 1/2 cups flour
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
# For the cream:
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
# spreads:
marmalade, jam or jam of your choice

Method
Of the products is kneaded dough, which rests 1 hour in refrigerator. Then rolled into 1 cm thick and cut round cookies. Bake 20 minutes at 180 C. It became clear to me baked circles how to make baskets?

When removed from the oven, they are still soft and fingers are caught underneath and slightly pressed upwards. This forms the baskets. As cool cure.
