Summer fried peppers with tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
tomatoes 6
garlic
sunflower oil
parsley
vinegar
salt
Method
The peppers are washed and dried. Prick with a fork to air out. In a pan heat sunflower oil. Fry the peppers are. Once the fry are peeled and cut lengthwise into 2 or 4 and rank in portion plates (preferably tablespoons). On them rank sliced ​​raw tomatoes. On tomatoes evenly distributed crushed garlic. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Top dish watered or the rest of the oil for frying, or a simple sunflower oil. Spot vinegar so as to obtain a light sour taste. Serve 10-15 minutes to seasoned peppers. Becomes especially spicy and put 1-2 fried chillies per serving.
