Stuffed chicken steak

Ingredients
4 chicken steaks (butterfly - the whole chest fillet)
150 g ham
150 g cheese
4 pickles
200 g mushrooms
2 onions
1 carrot
salt, pepper
1 cup beer

Method
Chops are crushed to thinned and rubbed with salt and pepper. Separate pan fry the onion, finely chopped and mushrooms. By pozaparzhat small add chopped carrots, salt and pepper. In one part of crushed steaks start redim - thin slice of ham on it put a slice of cheese on top cucumber, cut into strips. Top put the filling with mushrooms. Wind up the meat and is stitched with thread. Rub the outside with salt and pepper. Likewise complete and others. Arrange in a baking dish, pour the beer, oil and 1 cup water. Bake in a moderate oven.
