Potato patties with lamb

Ingredients
500 g boiled potatoes
200 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
nutmeg, salt, pepper
50 ml sunflower oil
1 onion
parsley
200 g lamb
100 g flour
breadcrumbs
2 green onions
Method
Boiled potatoes Strain smooth mash. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, nutmeg, grated finely grater, salt. Kneaded tight potato dough and leave to cool. In a pan becomes heated sunflower oil. It fry until golden chopped onion. Add parsley and finely chopped meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle on top with plenty of flour put potato dough spreads out into a thick layer. Divide into 8 pieces. In every place of meat stuffing and rolls round balls. Put water to boil in a large saucepan. Once the boil, reduce the fire and when boiling abate placed potato balls (if cooked at high temperature, meatballs will burst). Allow to boil for about 20 minutes over low heat. Remove from water and drain well. Rolled in breadcrumbs and lightly fry until it turns rosy. Place in serving dishes. In a pan becomes heated sunflower oil and fry a little bread crumbs. Remove from heat. Add chopped onion and stir. This sauce is poured over the meatballs.
