Rice soup with balls

Ingredients
100 g long-grain rice
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 stalk green onion
150 g cherry tomatoes
250 g minced meat
2 tbsp sherry
1.5 l vegetable broth cube
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Rice is boiled in salted water. Puree the garlic lightly fry in the oil. Green onions cut into in small pieces domatchetata cut in two. Minced meat mixed with green onion, fried garlic, sherry and taste with pepper. Formed into small balls. Broth, soy sauce and boil it placed meatballs. Cooked rice and domatchetata added and boil for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with chopped parsley.

interesting soup goes to Favorites!

I did this supichka and I loved it and you let it. But I did not so I put sherry and apricot brandy and that was spicy.
