Eggs on tomatoes in the oven

Ingredients
10 eggs
500 g tomatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
60 g butter
300 g feta cheese
1 tsp sugar
parsley
salt, red pepper , black pepper

Method
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and sauté them in the heated oil. Add sugar and pre-crushed garlic with salt. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake until the tomatoes just stay fat. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and top are broken eggs. The roasting continued until the eggs harden. The dish, pour the melted butter and sprinkle with paprika, pepper and parsley.

Great recipe already in my favorite, but I grated a little cheese on top.

I pretty much prepare it the same way with little difference. Do not put cheese and not spill roux. On the eggs and arrange kremvirsh before taking him out of the oven sprinkle with cheese. I'll show you pictures. Really delicious meals.

unfortunately I forgot to say that put paprika in stifling tomatoes.

Yeah, a very good option. Everything kashkavalche becomes more tasty;-).
