Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
7-8 (400 g) peppers
1 (150 g) eggplants
5-6 (300 g) tomatoes
4 -5 peppercorns
parsley
salt
Method
Chicken cut into pieces and stew in fat. Later were added onions, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant, chopped, and red pepper. Pour over 1 and 1/2 cup hot water, add salt and leave to simmer. At the end of cooking add the pepper in large pieces. The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley and serve.

recipe is super, but you may want to add 1 tablespoon flour to thicken the sauce and simmer with bay leaf.
