Creamy dessert with coffee

Ingredients
400 ml sour cream
200 ml coffee
2 packets of gelatin
vanilla sugar or vanilla 3-4
sugar

Method
Cream mixed with vanilla and sugar to taste and stir well. Add half of the dissolved gelatin. Boiled is coffee (not very hard) or use instant. Add sugar to taste and remaining gelatin. Put up in forms first of cream and put for 2-3 minutes in the chamber to tighten, then put on the coffee mixture and still tense and finally put on cream mixture. Put them in the refrigerator. Decorate with orange peels.

I never becomes gelatin

I quite often use it again :) About 400 ml of fluid, should 10 g gelatin.

and I could not I receive with something concerning gelatin. Use of Dr. Oetker but he wants to get heating the mixture and never dared to zagryavm shattered cream and I did some other tricks of the trade and just get something halfway. With coffee was easier. But in the end the result was a bad appearance and magical delicate taste. The recipe is great for those who can work with gelatin
