Ingredients
2 eggplants
5-6 peppers
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp tahini
1/2 cup (100 g) walnuts
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
salt
2-3 sprigs parsley
Method
Peel the eggplants, cut into pieces and boil in salted water, then drain and grind. To the resulting puree is added olive oil tahanat, chopped walnuts with garlic, lemon juice and salt, if necessary. The mixture is well mixed, pour into large bowl and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
