Spinach moussaka

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1 kg potatoes
200 g feta cheese
200 g yogurt
120 g butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 g) breadcrumbs
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Washed spinach cut into small pieces. Creases well and mixed with breadcrumbs, pepper and the oil. Peeled and boiled potatoes also are creased and salting. Half of them are spread in the pan. Insert the spinach mixture and top remaining potatoes. The butter melts and it pour moussaka. Beat eggs, yogurt and grated feta cheese, add salt and pour over the potatoes. Bake in a hot oven. Moussaka sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

recipe is great. It is very tasty. Quickly and very easily.

Very tasty happened! I used milled spinach and sauce instead (my son did not love her), grated cheese. I put cheese in the filling.
