Broth with Galoushko

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 egg
salt
little ground chili pepper optional
1.5 liters chicken broth
Method
Mix the flour, water, egg and chilli, so that it becomes Gasta mess. Triturated through a slotted spoon into boiling chicken broth, ie slurry falls as drops. Add spices to taste. This broth is vnogo suitable for cold winter days. Boil for 7-8 minutes.

Last winter I met recipes Galoushko. I have not yet nakanila test them. Is there any special technique for sore?

The technique is simple: a thick slurry. Keep a slotted spoon over the boiling broth and take a spoonful of porridge, drip it on her and rub. Must fall in drops through the holes in the boiling broth.
